International Success for Researchers from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics
The study entitled “Dietary Antioxidant Capacity and Wellness: Evaluating the Links with Sleep Quality, Stress, and Anthropometric Measurements”, conducted by academics from İzmir University of Economics, has been accepted as a poster presentation at the 48th ESPEN Congress on Clinical Nutrition & Metabolism, organized by the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN).
The research team consists of Lecturer Duygu Gizem Şimşek and Research Assistant Didem Tıraş from the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Research Assistant Merve Özen and Assistant Professor Rüksan Çehreli from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics.
The findings of the study will be presented to the international scientific community at the 48th ESPEN Congress on Clinical Nutrition & Metabolism, which will be held in Berlin in 2026.
